  • What types of content will I receive?
    The content you will receive weekly depends on the subscription plan you choose. We offer social media posts, blog texts and copies.
  • When and how will I get access to my content?
    You will receive all your content every monday directly to the email address(es) registered in our form. You can register up to 3 email adresses. There is no other way to access the content. If there is any problem, just contact lucas@agencypulp.com and we will resend what was not received.
  • Can I personalize the content with my own label?
    Yes! In our diagnostic form there is a field where you can upload your logo and it will be used in all your image content.
  • What are the payment methods available?
    You can pay your subscription with credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • If I subscribe on a Monday, will I receive content in the same day?
    No, in case you subscribe to one of our plan on a Monday (which is the day we send all weekly contents), you'll only start to receive your content on the Monday of the next week.
  • Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
    Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. You will receive the remainder of the month's content that you have already paid for normally, and then sending will stop.
  • Can I cancel my plan anytime?
    Yes, you can cancel your plan at anytime. Once you do it, all your automations will be deactivated.
